Audio, Video & Other: Transfers, Slide Shows, Custom DVDs & 3rd Party Video Editing...

1) Submit the project -

Call 707.853.0857 or EMAIL Henry and provide your contact information.

Describe the nature of the project and a project manager will contact you.

We will confirm the project request and provide the cost and turn-around time information.

2) Ship the materials -

Collect and ship the materials, pack them carefully.
Some internet and local pick-up & delivery arrangements may be available.
We'll confirm receipt of materials and confirm the turn-around time.
Please include full payment or a fifty percent depost when applicable,
make check or money order payable to: "Henry Cooper Consulting".

3) Production & return -

We'll work on the project and contact you if there are any questions.
When completed, everything is shipped back to you.

**IMPORTANT**
Most projects require your collaboration, production/turn-around time can be greatly
reduced by submitting a well organized project. The project manager will offer some
suggestions when the project is submitted.

Our shipping address is a U.S. Postal Service (USPS) box; we suggest using the tracking and/or delivery confirmation service. Special delivery arrangements are possible for local clients, contact us for details.

All return shipments will be sent via USPS unless otherwise requested.

Return shipping cost vary depending on package weight, destination and desired delivery time. The rate will be calculated based on the service provider's information from either: 1) USPS; 2) UPS; or 3) FedEx
